We only stayed for 4 nights, glad we chose this popular hotel. Incredibly nice and immensely pleasant staff. it was spotless and modest with a big king bed. The venue was conveniently placed. We relaxed at the Btg Wine Bar nearby.

I always envied people who could stay at the Plaza - right next door to the Family History Library. It is so convenient - there was even a genealogy bookshop set up in the library one day. The shuttle to the airport came in very handy, desk staff always welcoming and helpful and the cleaning staff did a magnificent job. Twice I used the laundry on the lower level and you can't beat £1.25 to wash and another £1.25 to dry. The microwave and fridge in the room were useful for snacks. My sister and I have promised to meet up there again in 2013 and we wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else.
I understand they get lots of (deserved) complaints about the miserly coffeemaker in the room - one small cup per day and no way I could find to buy the necessary prepackaged coffee. If so many people complain, surely they ought to upgrade the coffee maker. Seems simple.
